About Color Formats

HEX Colors

Hexadecimal colors are represented with a # followed by 6 characters (0-9, A-F). Each pair represents Red, Green, and Blue values from 00-FF (0-255).

Example: #FF5733 = Red: FF (255), Green: 57 (87), Blue: 33 (51)

RGB Colors

RGB uses three numbers from 0-255 representing Red, Green, and Blue color channels.

Example: rgb(255, 87, 51)

HSL Colors

HSL represents Hue (0-360), Saturation (0-100%), and Lightness (0-100%).

  • Hue: The color type (0=red, 120=green, 240=blue)
  • Saturation: Color intensity (0%=gray, 100%=full color)
  • Lightness: Brightness (0%=black, 50%=normal, 100%=white)
